Who is Pulshost?
Pulshost is run by Lesley Lancee, IT specialist from Utrecht. One person, one face, one contact. No call center, no shareholders, no quarterly targets. Pulshost is the hosting brand of my IT business — alongside ICTLesley, which handles in-home computer support and managed IT.
I started Pulshost in May 2026 because the Dutch hosting market was full of bait-pricing and faceless support. My ICTLesley clients kept asking me to host their websites too — so I built a hosting brand that does it the way I think hosting should work: flat pricing also on renewal, personal support and no upsells.
Why Pulshost exists
The big hosting players offer support via tickets that stay open for days. Or worse: chatbots that bounce you around until you give up. That can be done better.
Pulshost was built to make hosting personal again. No hidden intro rates that double after a year, no upsells on every screen, no surprises on your invoice. What you see is what you pay. And if something's up — you just call or email and get an answer from someone who actually knows your site.

Pulshost is a trade name of Lesley Lancee, founder and IT specialist behind ICTLesley in Utrecht. An established Dutch IT service provider with customers across the Netherlands. The legal foundation (Chamber of Commerce, VAT, guarantees) is solid.

Where the servers live
Our hosting runs on stable Tier-3 datacenters in the Netherlands and Germany. With daily backups, 99.9% uptime guarantee and monitoring that immediately flags issues. Or better: before they happen.
Under the hood
Pulshost runs on DirectAdmin — a modern, fast control panel that's much cleaner than the older systems you might know. Includes Installatron for 1-click installs of WordPress, Joomla, Drupal and hundreds of other apps. Servers run recent PHP (8.2/8.3), MariaDB and SSD storage.
